1. Technical Tool (Not Legal Advice)

ChargebackDoc checks schema rules, card-network criteria, and rebuttal drafts. We provide output "as is" for technical preparation, without legal advice or win guarantees. The evidence score counts the evidence you supplied and does not predict how the issuer will rule.

2. Rate Limits and API Access

We rate-limit free checks per IP address and prohibit scraping free endpoints. Paid license keys and RapidAPI keys unlock programmatic access and packet exports.

3. 14-Day Defect Refund Policy

If a bug stops your packet or export from working, email contact@chargebackdoc.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
