How do the paid plans work?

Single dispute: $2.99 per dispute (one dispute packet). Unlimited: $24.99 a month (unlimited, fair use). Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel from your Polar receipt.

Is a license key tied to one buyer?

Yes. A key covers the buyer's own disputes. Save it in the License popup, or send it as X-License-Key from your own scripts.

Do you store disputed charge payloads or cardholder PII?

No. Each check runs in memory, and we discard the request after we answer it. We send the text you enter to TypeSafe for the admission scan, and the privacy policy has the details.

What does the 14-day refund policy cover?

If a bug stops your packet or license key from working, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
